About Kate Miller
Hello, I’m Kate Miller. I bring a compassionate, professional, and neutral approach to every case I work on. My background is rooted in law and human rights, with a Master’s degree in International Human Rights Law and professional experience across both legal and mediation contexts.
I believe that meaningful resolution begins with understanding. My role is to create a safe, respectful space where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to find practical, lasting solutions. Whether working with families, individuals, or organisations, I remain impartial—guiding conversations with care, clarity, and integrity.
My work is shaped by a wellness-focused approach. Conflict affects not only outcomes, but emotional well-being. That’s why I focus on reducing tension, encouraging healthy communication, and helping people move forward with confidence and dignity.
